History of NLOP Live Across America

NLOP provides an atmosphere of user-friendly play promoting the friendships between players and their competitors on-line. With the player’s profile page combined with the chat rooms and table chat, player’s began talking about meeting each other.

In a forum, Tennisfish was asked to organize a “Get Together” in Mississippi for players to meet each other and play a tournament live. The idea for a live tournament and “Get Together” grew rapidly. When four NLOP players (tennisfish, MackinawGirl, jjjstr8 and Pete544) met to meet each other in Michigan the idea for live tournaments in other cities was born. MackinawGirl gave the name to the group, Snow Flake Sisters and Hush Puppies to set it apart. It became a group on Player’s Club.

NLOP became involved in the SFS & SP project and together they are offering NLOP LIVE ACROSS AMERICA which includes live tournaments for all NLOP players with the final table at the NLOP Player’s Championship on August 1, 2009.
